Job Description
Our client is a famous brand synonymous with style and is one of the largest formal menswear providers in the US. In the UK they currently have over 30 stores and concessions
We are looking to recruit an experienced retailer to manage their Carlisle Concession in House of Fraser on a temporary interim contract until approx mid Jan 2011.
You will take responsibility for ensuring they deliver a fantastic customer experience and maximize sales. It is important we make a good impression at all times so one to one customer experience and sales knowledge is vital.
Carlisle, Cumbria - Commutable from Gretna, Bramptom, Penrith, Wigton.
Ideally you will have gained previous management experience working within a Concession Manager Department Manager, Store Manager Assistant Store Manager or Sales Manager, Senior Sales, Supervisor for a fashion brand where you have worked to targets & KPI’s. This role is all about communication so you must enjoy talking to and building relationships with everyone you meet both customers and colleagues.
We offer a salary of £16,000 pro rata plus £1,000 incentive bonus
Incentives include, sales bonus scheme, 50% discount off full priced goods, 30 days holiday (including statutory days), childcare voucher scheme
