Deputy Manager - RGN / RMN - Nursing Home£25000My client are a dual registered nursing and residential care home situated in the South Lakelands town of Ulverston on the edge of the Lake District National Park. They currently have a vacancy for a Deputy Manager to join their friendly, vibrant team. This is a full-time position (36 hours/week). You must be a nursing professional with current NMC Registration (RMN or RGN) and have a minimum of two years experience in a relevant care setting. NVQ Level 4 in Management preferred but not essential. The Deputy is a leader and working member of the care team whose duties include assisting the Registered Manager in maintaining standards. The role incorporates both professional and administrative responsibilities, involves alternative weekend \'on call\' duties and covering in the absence of the Manager. You will need a commitment to personalised care, excellent clinical standards, good interpersonal skills, an understanding of the day-to-day challenges of the care home environment, enthusiasm and the ability to inspire.
